ORIONSAMPLER
This is an essential tool in any studio setup, because of the vast array of
sound libraries that a sampler enables you to exploit. The Sampler in Orion has
plenty of modulation features, editable velocity response, and three envelopes.
 The Sampler has real-time and production modes, which means you can work with
a less CPU intensive resampler while editing, and a more CPU intesive, but
impeccable resampler, when exporting your songs to WAV files. This effectively
eliminates the need for musicians to trade off CPU power for sound quality.

You can play WAV samples and multisample patches in SoundFont 2 and Kurzweil
(K2000) formats. And in Orion Platinum, there is additionally support for AKAI S5000 and S6000 formats.

In Orion Pro and Orion Platinum, the Sampler comes with an integrated
Groove Slicer, making it easy to cut up and rearrange drumloops and sampled grooves
from mono and stereo WAV files.

Orion Platinum comes with a complete Program Editor
integrated into the Sampler, supporting up to 32 layers, unlimited number of keymaps per layer, and velocity layers. The construction of a multisample program
can be performed, including keymap creation, in a matter of seconds.
