Tremolo effect added under FX/Dynamics. The effect supports hard, soft and vintage tremolo
and can be sync'ed to the current song tempo.
The left and right channel can be optionally de-phased to provide a stereo effect.
The piano roll now optionally display patterns from other instruments.
New Tutorial Song added, demonstrating how to use the StereoFX control.
SSE2/SSE3 information is now displayed in the About box.
Keyboard shortcuts are displayed in the piano roll settings dialog.
