General Terms: Our prices cover one single-user license, and electronic delivery of the software and license key. Once you have your license key, you should visit our Service pages, create a service account, and register your license key. You will then be able to look up your license keys if you lose them, to download the software (and future updates), to subscribe to update notification, and more. Product updates are always free within a version period (3.x, 4.x etc), sometimes longer.
Your license key is your own responsibility, and may serve as your proof of purchase in emergencies. Do not lose it. Print it out or write it down for safe keeping.
Cleverbridge GmbH is responsible for payment processing, and for providing you with your license key. If you have problems with the ordering process, please visit the Cleverbridge Help & Support page.
If you pay with a credit card or PayPal, your order is generally fulfilled within 24 hours, usually as soon as the transaction completes. Paying by any other means will generally delay the delivery process.
